Eric Quarshie has been an athlete since childhood. Competing in sports such as basketball, soccer, and track and field easily led him to choose fitness training as a career. Eric's mission is to be a driving force motivating people to stay healthy. EQ fitness is about creating a fun, safe and convenient training environment. EQ fitness programs are customized and goal oriented.

He is all about making clients wishes come true. With determination, proper diet and exercise we can do it. As a certified trainer, Eric has the confidence, knowledge and experience required to reach your goals safely. Having lived in many cities worldwide Eric currently resides in downtown Toronto.

 EQ fitness customizes workouts to make your training goals convenient , safe and achievable , here are reasons why you should hire EQ as your fitness coach:

LEARNING THE BASICS ( GYM )

A prerequisite for students who have never taken a class and who intend to take any based classes. This class orients the student to the equipment and his/her personal settings. It also introduces students to the Basic Principles of working out.

 

Fitness Competition Preparation

Mix it up! An intermediate-level based workout that let's the instructor choose any combination of weights! Format will vary from week-to-week. 

THE BEGINNER'S GUIDE TO DIET, NUTRITION & HEALTHY EATING

*Ideal for beginners*

Guide to diet, nutrition and healthy eating. From calories, protein, carbs and fat to sodium, fiber and cholesterol. Learn how to set up your own healthy diet.

RESISTANCE TRAINING

 Strength exercises to make your muscles stronger. Even small increases in strength can make a big difference in your ability to stay independent and carry out everyday activities.

GROUP TRAINING PRICES:

Due to limited equipment and group sizes EQ-Fitness Training  is not a "drop-in" studio. Please pre-register to reserve your spot prior to arrival by contacting us by email. Group discount(s) are available for groups of 3 and more .

 

  • New Clients receive free consultation
  • 1 Session : $100 - for a couple 
  • 3 or more $30 per person

ONE ON ONE tRAINING PRICES:

An individualized approach to your training experience. Includes a comprehensive postural analysis and utilizes various equipment, along with form and technique. All private classes are one hour with a highly-qualified, instructor. Private classes can be scheduled 6-days a week, at a time that is convenient .

  • New Clients receive free consultation 
  • Option 1 - Once a week
  • 1 Session - $70 - Pay as you go (payment in full)
  • 8 Sessions - $520 at $65 each (9 weeks expiration)
  • Option 2 - Twice a week
  • 10  sessions - 600 at $60 each (6 weeks expiration)
  • 16 Sessions - $880 at $55 each (9 weeks expiration)
  • Option 3 - Three times a week
  • 24 Sessions - $1200 at $50 each (9 weeks expiration)
  • Online Meal Plan - $30
  • Online Training - $80

 

All payments can be made in full or deposit 50% of the stated amount and bi - weekly after.

All rates do not include H.S.T

Travel for work/vacation will be taken into consideration regarding time of expiration of sessions.

"Before meeting Eric, I was sure that I did not need Personal Training, having been an athlete all my life. However, I was encouraged to try 1 session with him to discuss fitness goals and body image benchmarks for my upcoming wedding. I was floored - both figuratively and literally - after our first session. Even though it was some of the greatest pain I have ever felt after 60 minutes, I wanted more.
